Day 7 – Breakfast
You get the chance to observe the desert sunrise in the early morning from atop one of the nearby peaks near our campsite. It is fascinating how the Wahiba Sands' characteristics change with the shifting light and how swiftly the desert's hues change. Then, at 08:00, we leave for SUR, a seaside town and commercial port that is constantly humming with activity. Renowned for its historic architecture and the bay's edge shipyards where traditional dhows have been constructed for decades. The oldest town in Oman, Qalhat, where we'll stop for our first photo, is thought to have been destroyed by a significant earthquake. The only remaining bits of the city walls today give an idea of how the old town must have been. After that, you can drive along one of Oman's 1,700 KM coastline. Then you can continue traveling to Wadi Shab and TIWI. You will also be able to visit Fins Beach to go swimming and see the well-known Sinkhole, a section of a mountain that has fallen and is now filled with seawater. Day 8 – Breakfast
You can have breakfast at the hotel's restaurant the following morning. After which we can embark on our half-day city tour of Muscat, which begins with a stop at the Sultan Qaboos Grand Mosque, a spectacular architectural feat. As a modern house of worship, it represents the ideals and ambitions of the Omani people and acts as a spiritual landmark for contemporary Oman. It preserves a flawless harmony between aesthetics, culture, and deeply ingrained Islamic tradition as an edifice. The foremost location for musical arts and culture in Oman is the Royal Opera House Muscat, which is where we will go next. The Royal Opera House exhibits modern Omani design. Drive down the corniche, stopping at Muttrah, the primary port, and commercial district, and stroll through the vibrant historic souk. This is a genuine souk with meandering lanes and backstreets with stalls offering a wide variety of fabrics, jewelry, traditional Omani perfumes (bukhoor - made of frankincense), mementos, and antiques. We continue to the Bait Al Zubair Museum after visiting the souk. The history of Bait Al Zubair dates back to Muscat. The mansion was built in 1914 by Shiekh Al Zubair, who served three past Sultans, and was inaugurated as a museum in 1998 by his son Mohammad Al Zubair. Its carved doors open up to a welcome area in the guise of a fortification. The collection of antiquities in the museum is the best and most extensive in the Sultanate of Oman. The museum also features replicas of urban and rural settings and traditional Omani jewelry, clothes, and household items. We take a stroll around Muscat's old city, bordered by the twin forts "Jalali & "Mirani," which were built in the 16th century. Philip of Spain, who led the great Armada against England after taking Portugal in 1580, built these forts. The name of the western fort Mirani, which was finished in 1587, may have been derived from the Portuguese Almirante (or Admiral). Originally known as San Jao, the eastern fort was finished in 1588 and is today called Jalali, likely after one of its noteworthy commanders. We also stop by His Majesty Sultan Qaboo's house, the Al Alam Palace, for a photo opportunity. After spending the morning discovering the city's distinctive attractions, we will return you to the hotel to unwind and take in Muscat's ethereal ambiance.

Day 9 – Breakfast
After breakfast, at 0800 hours, we travel to Barka to visit the fish and vegetable market. The market's hours are flexible, and it's fascinating to watch the locals haggle and sell their morning catch. The next stop is The Bait Na'aman, one of the Wilayat of Barka's most famous historical tourist destinations. This old building is a popular tourist destination. In northern Oman, 5 km from Barka, the fortification known as Bait Na'aman is actually a residential tower. The walled residence, which is now a museum, depicts the lifestyle of Omani kings in the 18th century. Then we keep driving to Sohar and stop briefly at the castle there, which is a significant historical site. The building's current features were constructed when Portugal was in power. The fort currently houses a museum that was established in 1993 and features numerous archaeological and historical aspects of Sohar City as well as other locations in the Sultanate of Oman. However, the museum is currently closed for renovation. Note: From Sunday through Thursday, Sohar Fort is open till 1300 hours and closes on Friday and Saturday. Currently, the Soar Fort museum is closed. Then we will continue to the Dubai Border and you will be left off there. Your representative from the UAE will be waiting for you to continue the immigration and visa procedures to enter the UAE.
